I was having a hard time getting a shop to touch my car because of its age. These guys are great !! I spoke with Kevin and he was very knowledgeable and professional. Everything that was needed was detailed, and he went above and beyond to make sure my car was in good and safe working order. Definitely will come back to RPM.

The staff are true professionals. You can be sure that if it needs to be fixed they will fix it right and if it doesnt they wont try to gouge you for unnecessary work. Great team.

Amazing and professional service!! We were in a major bind heading to Big White for a ski vacation when disaster struck our car!!! They were able to do a diagnostics right away for us and get the ball rolling on our repairs. I highly recommend R P M Automotive. They made me feel much more at ease about our situation and if I ever have car problems ever again in Kelowna I always trust R P M. Thanks Kevin and your team for helping us out. You guys are amazing!!

Went to this shop to get an alignment done on my car. Two hours after dropping my car off Kevin called me to upsell me saying I had xx wrong with my car. I took my car to my dealership and they found nothing wrong. To top it off, Kevin charged me 70$ for a half hour of labour and I received no work on my car because it had no "cambers". Typical upsell shop, avoid as they will use ignorance to their advantage. Mom and pop shop aren't what they used to be.

Kevin got me in last minute and had my car ready the next day!
