I recently got my car fixed at Best Man Auto and I was so impressed with the quality of service I received by Zahed, he is a first class mechanic. He was able to figure out the problem with my car engine and was able to fix it right away at a very reasonable price. I recommend any one to get their car maintenance and repairs at Best Man Auto Service. Thank you Zahed!

well there is a ton of mechanics out there. Do yourself a massive favor and see someone else. If for what ever reason you have to go see zahed to have your car repaired make sure you make him show you every invoice and make him explain how hes calculated the cost of your bill and for heavens sake go get your car looked at after by another mechanic so you know he actually has done the work he claims. This man is smart and knows how to play the nice guy. He loves to repeat himself and say hes not a greedy man (I have a different opinion) I brought my car in for transmission and oil leaks. He told me I need to replace a bunch of seals which later turned into a transmission rebuild. He told me $3000 was going to be my bill all said and done and he guaranteed that my car would not have a single leak when it leaves his shop. I agreed to the bill and zahed seem to be a nice guy. First time he said my car was ready my bill was at 3500. I ask why and hes response was he did extra work that needed to be done. When i drove the car off his lot I didn't even make it down the road the car ran like a hunk of junk and was having a hard time shifting gears. When I got back I popped the hood to find that he forgot to hook up some vacuum lines and one of the spark plugs was disconnected. I also found a razor blade sitting on the battery which i thought was bit odd. After he claim to fix these problems he told me my brake lines need to be replaced and showed me on both front brake lines two slices. he told me the lines were old and they split like this. He said I should replace them for the safety of my family. After my car was done the second time, I arrived to see zahed still working on the car. I said I thought my car was done. He said it wouldn't start and he replaced the starter with a used one to save me money. He said I need a new battery and probably a new alternator. This is when I had enough. My starter was brand new and did not need to be replaced, my battery was also brand new. After sitting in the shop waiting for him to get my car running so I could just get it out of there and get it away from zahed. zahed and a couple of his employees, or who ever they were, were speaking in a language I did not understand. so I had no Idea what they were saying or trying to do. I finally got mad and told them my car was running a hell of a lot better before I brought it here and had no problems starting. They began talking in there language for about 5 min then all of a sudden one grabs a wrench tightens up one bolt and the car started just fine and held the charge. After, zahed said none of my customers leave unhappy and told me to pop the hood in my Suv. I asked him what is he doing he said hes going to top up my oil its low (I just had a oil change done by VW 2 days prior) I told him no I don't want a top up. Still he proceeds and tells me its the best oil in the world and i'll give it to you for free and puts the oil in my suv. A short while after my check engine light came on and I took the suv to VW. VW told me someone put to much oil in. This is just the few things that has happened during my visit. If I explain everything Id probably end up with a blog thats a few pages long. At the end of it all my bill came to over $6000 my car runs like a hunk a junk. still leaks transmission and oil fluid. My e break light is stuck in the on position. Yes I'm the idiot for letting it go this far and I have come to accept that. I learned the hard way. But for you, do some research this place is not worth it.

I own a 2002 Acura rsx premium. Brought my car there for a starter replacement. Zahed was the mechanic who worked on this job. He did a awesome job since some shops quoted its a 3 - 3.5 hrs job, he finished it in 2.5 hrs. And since he knows I'm a high school student, he quote me 2 hrs only and offers me a $20 off discount on next oil change. And when he was finishing the job he close my hood. And he couldn't open it again. I came and see the situation and figure its not his fault. He called his friend and told me to go to his body shop and get it fixed. He is a honest guy who is trying to earn his living. Totally recommend it, he is a master in auto mechanics and he also specialize heavy duty. He started learning cars when he was 8 years old back in Iran. He has been enrolling this industry for over than 30 years. Awesome guy, doesn't talk much, but knows his things and reliable! P.s. don't feel offend or annoyed by the way he talks, he is fluent in English but his personality is pretty quiet.

Let me tell my personal experience. It is the worst ever experience that I have ever had in my life. Before it I had used this service once a year ago and it was just to replace oil and brakes (easy one). Everything had been done properly and few month ago, I went to replace engine oil and other liquids again. When I was picking up my car Zahed told me that I had to change bearers on wheels too. I asked him if it is critical and he said yes. I did what he said. After that I started to hear very loud noise from my wheels. I went to him and asked to check if everything is right. He told me that this sound is coming from transmission and it will cost me 2000+ to repair it. But I was confused, problems with transmission usually looks different. I decided to go to another service just to double check (2000 is a big moneys). And in this new service, they told me a lot (and of course they fixed the problem without repairing transmission). The reason of the sound was that Zahed did not put nut properly on a bearer. But not only that he DID NOT CHANGE the Bearer at all (but he charged for part and service)! And finally, it ruined an axis on this wheel. They also told me that it was DANGEROUS to drive, because the wheel was not tight enough to the axis and that might break the axis and I could lose the wheel on the road. They gave me all parts as evidence and I am going to go to talk to him about it. If he doesn't give me the money back, I am going to go to the court. I will never ever go back to this "service"!
