Where do i start.. they keep having to change an alternator in my tractor unit instead of finding and fixing the issue causing a loss of voltage.. when they do an mvi they quickly glanced over the truck and missed a ton of stuff needed to be repaired that would technically be an out of service defect, they diagnosed the truck as having a voltage issue when everyone already knew that, sent me away saying it was good to go and my truck alternator fried and the truck died that night while on nightshift and had to be towed back to their shop from Nakusp... air leaks never get fixed. Marker and tail lights have been flagged for repair and never get done. All they are interested in is taking your money and half ass temporarily fixing your vehicle so they can get you back in again later to fix the same shit.

We were basically stranded in nelson, and were so desperate to find anyone open on a Sunday to help us put a tire on. We had gotten a flat the day before, and couldn't get home on our spare. Columbia Truck Repair helped us out and quickly put a new tire on for us. Without them we would have paid 150$ for a hotel and then had go wait for a place to open on Monday. If you are anywhere near this place, and need a hand, choose it over anyone else, they are fast, nice, and not too busy and can get u in fast.
