First time at this shop and I can only say that I was amazed. In over 50years I have never been so well treated. Prompt, courteous service that is absolutely first class. My wife took her car there first and she feels the same as me. Great job Kevin and Kevan!

How much do I love the service at Fifth Avenue Auto? Since they closed their shop in Penticton, my car has been happily making the trip to West Kelowna for routine maintenance and repairs by the best and friendliest team I've ever encountered!! Thanks all!!!!

I want to thank the staff at Fifth Avenue. My Grandma used to bring her vehicle to your dealership. She felt comfortable with the way she has been treated by the staff. So, when the wheel went on her walker, she took it straight to Fifth Avenue. The staff could have handled this in many ways, but they chose to be respectful and helpful. Although they are a car dealership, they took the walker and gave my Grandma new wheels. Thank you so much for your kindness and respect.

I can't say enough good things about Fifth Avenue and everyone who works there. They always go above and beyond to help!! Taking our cars in for service or repairs was always stressful and anxiety provoking. Since going to Kevin at Fifth Avenue Auto - taking our cars in is a pleasant experience. Don't waste your hard earned money going anywhere else - this is the place for your car :)
