I need more stars. This is without a doubt the best auto shop I have been to. I had what I thought was injection problems in my Dodge diesel pickup. would not start when cold. Other shops I took it to did some tests and started guessing. Not these guys. There was no guessing. After some tests, pull the injectors and here is the problem. Extremely professional. Honest and easy to talk to. They did exactly what they said they would do for the price quoted. I live 3 hours away but they will get all of my business. Thank You Jon and Justin.

Stopped by to talk to them about allot of upgrade work I want to do to my truck. They said they can do everything but dyno my truck. I plan on getting a compound turbo setup with all the supporting mods to go along with it. The guys up front where knowledgeable and easily approachable. They got down all my info and plans for the truck so someone who specializes in Cummins can call me back. I will update this review after I get work done with details of my experience.

i was in the area from out of state and my Dodge Ram Diesel began having issues starting. I called first thing Monday morning and was told they were very busy but to bring in and they would check it out. They found I needed a sensor so they ordered for me with overnight delivery and today it was fixed within an hour and a half. Everyone was very helpful and I was so thankful to find such a good shop who not only cared enough to get this senior citizen lady in promptly but were fair and upfront about costs. If I lived here they would be my go to shop for sure! Thanks again to everyone at the shop for making what could have been a bad time into a positive experience!

Finally! A shop that does it right! I had been in the automotive business for just over 20 years and moved on to something else recently. I've been the tech in the back, the shop foreman, and service writer specializing in a single brand of car. These guys (and gal) are doing it right, much like I had in my previous employ. They are providing me with excellent service! Usually last minute ordeals, or middle of the night tow truck drop offs without an appointment. They have taken care of my vehicle quickly and frugally every time. I appreciate the fair, honest approach to vehicle maintenance, especially with a vehicle I am not too familiar with. Many thanks to you Jon, and your staff at EIS.
