Brilliant simply brilliant. John in service and Miles couldn't have been more helpful when I had a burst airbag on my trailer right outside the US border crossing point. The attending mechanic God bless him worked underneath the trailer in freezing and slushy conditions with zero complaints and a huge smile. Cannot say enough about this dealership. Service how it should be real old school service not often found in this modern day. Kudos to all at Freightliner Cranbrook BC

Nice staff up front, good service. When it comes to work in the back its sometimes questionable.

Great service great guys

These guys are awesome. From the service manager, to the technicians, to the manager. Everyone was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great customer service. We were towed into their shop from Creston late Friday night and they allowed us to stay in our motorhome in their parking lot for 5 days while parts were sourced out and ordered. Dealing with our extended warranty people proved to be somewhat of a challenge as they were being very difficult about paying the whole price for the parts. The service manager, Matt and the division manager, MIles took care of this without us having to intervene. We would recommend them to anyone needing service for their diesel motorhome.
