From a recent customer " Hi, my boyfriend and I came in with my little green cavalier with the check engine light that popped on. We were there in the late afternoon on Thursday May 21. (the throttle pos sensor, and deteriorating control arm). I just wanted to say that we really appreciated everything that was done. We had googled the closest auto shop to where we were, and by luck we ended up at your shop. I've dealt with my share of repair shops, and I've gotta say that if I lived in the lower mainland and you weren't a 450km trip one-way, you'd be my first choice for a shop! 😀 I just wanted to send off this email to say thank you, and we truly appreciate the good work, hearts and minds of everybody that we talked to at your shop. Great mechanic located close to North Delta. When we called we explained the issues with the car but were told to bring it in so they could take a look. When we dropped our car off we were given a loaner (free of charge) so we were not without a car. All work done on the car was discussed beforehand and explained and we were given a quote. We felt they were honest and very courteous. All work was preformed and the final bill was exactly what was discussed beforehand. This is a busy shop and one we are going to continue to use.

As a female car owner, it is important for me to have a reliable mechanic that I can trust and that does good work. Holm's Mechanical has been my go-to for any vehicle issues. I am so pleased with their work and their customer service. Reg and Kevin are great to work with and patient explaining issues and options. Love that I have a great mechanic shop that I can call when the need arises. A good friend of mine recommended Holm's to me about five years ago - and I still go there even though I now live in North Burnaby.

I've been a customer of Holm's for many years. They have always provided excellent service, even in emergency situations. Also, Reg is thorough in explaining the repairs and giving preventative maintenance tips. The availability of courtesy cars is also a plus. My two friends also use Holm's. They can't say enough about their positive experiences.

I have been taking my car to Holm's for years. In fact, even though we moved from Ladner to North Van, I still take my car all the way out to Delta for service. I trust them. They work with me to keep my car running smoothly. I especially appreciate that they have courtesy cars, and that they store my snow tires for me.
