Our van broke down at Pink Mountain BC. We had it towed to Dale's Automotive after receiving a recommendation from a local there. We had a number of items in our van that could not freeze, so we called Dale's and asked if we could unload those items and store them there. John said that he would wait until we arrived (after hours) so that we could put our van in the heated garage. We were greatly appreciative. The mechanic took a look at our van the next morning and said that a part needed to be ordered. When it came in the next morning he called and said that it would take 4.5 hours to repair. He knew that we needed to get on the road, so he ended up working through lunch and got the repairs done 2 hours before schedule! The cost for the work came in very close to the estimate, and we were charged a very reasonable rate. We were impressed with their professionalism and skill, and their willingness to go out of their way to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. We wholeheartedly recommend Dale's Automotive!

Great place to get work done. Friendly staff too

I went to this place thinking that they can work on 4x4's, Rob at the front desk assured me that they could. Their shop rate is as high as dealerships and their customer service is horrible. Never have I been treated so horrible in a shop that I am paying 120 per hour! I was sworn at and named called by their front desk person (Rob). I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! EVER! And its to bad cause even tho the time on my repair was high the work was very well done. Rob threaten to hide my vehical and charge me storage fees when I said that the time was to high. I even mentioned to him that I called three other shops and they all quoted way under their time. Never go to this place ever, you be better off going to a dealer, at least they rip you off with a smile. :)

Best automotive service in the city...trustworthy, honest, fair prices and quality work...wouldn't return to our dealership for any work...

I was referred to this shop by a co-worker. They've always had good service and been upfront about problems without being pushy. Prices are good, compared to what other places in town are charging.
