My Volvo broke down on the freeway near Bremerton. We chose LK's to do the work. I was immediately impressed by the courtesy and empathy shown by the office staff. And I could see that the shop is very clean and very neat. The mechanic diagnosed the problem and did the work and the car is running great. I wholeheartedly recommend this repair shop.

No. Just no. They tried to tell me they might have to recharge my AC unit when fixing my radiator. The two systems have NOTHING to do with eachother. That would have cost me another $151 on top of the $900 for my radiator. We are fixing it ourselves. I have heard about multiple bad experiences through this company. Lots of people being taken advantage of. Bucky's is an auto shop right now the road. Not super fancy but is much more honest.

Excellent customer service!! My visit was seamless. From the time I walked in the door, to the time I picked up my vehicle. They did an excellent job of communicating through the process. I'll definitely use them in the future.

I've been taking my car to Lk's for over a year and I've never had a bad experience. They're always very friendly and helpful, and I recommend them to everyone I know who needs any work done on their vehicle.
