I was really impressed with the level of service offered by the staff at Downtown Automotive. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. Unlike some other shops, it never felt like they were trying to sell me repairs I didn't really need, which would have been easy to do with my old car! Instead, they were honest and up-front about what should be fixed now, and what could be put off until later. They also cleaned and vacuumed the inside which was a really nice touch. I'll definitely be sticking with these guys as I need repairs done in the future!

My experience at downtown auto was awesome. I got into Nelson on my way to work and noticed I had a flat tire. Downtown auto let me park my car there for the 8 hour work day and pick it up once I was off. During my simple tire repair they did a full inspection on my vehicle and cleaned the inside of my vehicle! Awesome service!

Thank you for wonderful and thorough service. I greatly appreciate being kept in the loop the whole time you were with my car. The detailed emails with pictures were awesome. I will definitely be coming back for my next service.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the service I received from Phil and the rest of your staff this week. They went way beyond usual service to help me get my vehicle on the road. I am so impressed with your service - I'll be switching to you for all my repair work from now on. Thanks so much.
