First ,I am a car dealer and have experience with a lot of shops in town. Brian and James both try very hard to be accommodating . Its a business, however I have witnessed free checks, advice and quotes and a listening ear. The work is competent. This is a trustworthy place. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

If I could give them a rating of zero I would. PEOPLE...do NOT take your vehicle to this very unprofessional establishment. They broke a spark plug on my vehicle while attempting to take it out, they expected me to pay for it. My bill went from $380 to $2200 because of their mistake. When confronting the manager, he threatened to push my vehicle out of his shop. What professional company reacts that way. Then they brought a machinist in to try and get the part out, who couldn't, so they charged me $400 for nothing being fixed. Then had to pay to tow the car somewhere else, as who knows what else they would break, and then charge me for. MIDAS company, you should be embarrassed to treat customers this way!

Attempted to scam me into buying new winter tires when the ones a I came in with were a season old (and bought through their shop). Left me waiting in down town West Kelowna for 45 minutes before pulling this. Also lost their receipt for a failed 02 sensor installation and claimed they never did it. Please don't give your money to these scam artists. Take your vehicles to reputable local shops!

Don't go here, my girlfriend took her car here to get fixed, instead of fixing the car or even providing a quote, they took advantage of her and charged her 80 dollars, only to tell her they didn't want to fix it, and did no work whatsoever on the car. I hope the 80 bucks you scammed is worth making a young woman cry and this raving review.

James is a good vendor, dedicated and very aware about your needs. But looks like the management isn't in his way. This gives confusion for all customers.
