I was hoping the reviews I read were going to be a testimony of the quality of work and customer service. Yet again, I am let down by dishonost employees and a disrespectful owner. I had to take my truck to another mechanic to repair the terrible work and damage they caused. I guess if you have out of state plates then your just another sucker used to line Dan's pockets. I strongly urge you to go elsewhere. If you question Dan, he will just hang up the phone on you to avoid being responsible for his business.

I have had my vehicle repaired by Dan's Towing more than once and have always been impressed with their professional atmosphere and customer service. I would recommend that if you need car or truck repairs you would bring your vehicle to Dan's Towing.

WHILE WORKING FOR ANOTHER TOW COMPANY IN THE WILLMAR AREA. ONE OF OUR BIG FLAT BED TOW TRUCKS BLEW OUT THE ENTIRE HYDROLIC SYSTEM IN THE REAR OF THE TRUCK. I CALLED DAN'S AT 2A.M. . JORDAN ANSWERED THE PHONE I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT MY FLAT BED HAD NO WORKING HYDROLICS AND FLUID WAS ALL OVER THE GROUND IN REDWOOD FALLS. THE TEMPRATURE THAT MORNING WAS -40 WITH OUT THE WIND CHILL FACTOR. THE CREW AT DAN'S GOT TO MY TRUCK IMMEDIATLY. THEY TOWED IT BACK TO THE SHOP IN SUNBERG WERE DAN HIMSELF PERSONALY LOOKED AT OUR TRUCK. DAN WAS VERY EASY TO TALK TO AND EXPLAINED TO ME THAT OUR HYDROLIC SYSTEM WAS IN VERY BAD SHAPE. DAN TOLD ME HE COULD BUILD A BETTER SYSTEM CHEAPER THEN REPLACING THE OEM SYSTEM. I GAVE THE GO AHEAD TO GET THE WORK DONE. NOT ONLY DID DAN AND HIS CREW BUILD A CUSTOM SYSTEM IT WAS %100 BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL. MY BILL WAS WAY LOWER THAN I EXPECTED IT TO BE. DAN'S BECAME OUR GO TO SHOP FROM THAT POINT FORWARD NOT ONLY FOR OUR COMPANY TRUCKS BUT MY PERSONAL TRUCKS AS WELL. OUR COMPANY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS AND DAN CALLED ME AND OFFERED ME A JOB IT WAS THE EASIEST CARREER CHOICE I COULD HAVE MADE. I AM PROUD TO BE WORKING FOR SUCH A GREAT COMPANY THAT PUTS ITS CUSTOMERS FIRST AND MAKES EVERYONE OF THEM A PRIORITY. SO STOP BY THE WILLMAR STORE AND SEE ME SO WE CAN GIVE YOU THE SAME GREAT SERVICE THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME. THERE IS ALSO LOCATIONS IN SUNBERG,MN AND ALEXANDRIA,MN
