Complete Diesel

The ownership of this company does not care about its customers . I hired Complete Diesel in March 2017 to swap a diesel motor into my 4x4 van . Micheal quoted me $12-$15k to do the job. He said the job would roughly take two months to complete. I supplied a donor vehicle with everything they would need for the swamp . I asked Michael to call me before rebuilding the diesel motor I supplied (2003 Dodge 2500 cummins less than 200k on motor). I did not want to rebuild the motor if I did not have to. Michael never called me and went ahead and rebuilt the motor without any authorization ( $10k decision) I immediately gave them $8k as a deposit. One month later I gave them an additional $8k. After I gave them the second $8k deposit They stopped working on my Van. I called the company several times asking Michael to return my call which he never did . Every time I called he was mysteriously not in the office. One of these times that I called the secretary Dianne said Michael was not there. However I pulled into the parking lot two minutes later and it just so happened he was there. He gave me a song and dance saying how he’s down a man in the shop and he’s gonna jump right on the van ASAP . During this time I was moving from VA to PA over a period of two months I made 15 calls to Complete Diesel and none of my calls were returned. I figured out if I call after hours he picks up the call. So I would wait until after the place closes and they call him every time I talk to him fed me a lie about how they’re going to jump right on the van and immediately start taking care of it and they never did . This write up could be pages long. long story short I picked up the van unfinished and now the van is destroyed. Everything is thrown in the back of the van . The hood is dented , paint destroyed, radiator that I had rebuilt destroyed turbo missing every hose , and line on the van is cut . The welds to put the motor in the van look like an 8 year old did it. Before I dropped the van off it was show quality. Now it’s scrap. I just tried calling complete Diesel again and mysteriously is not in the office. I just tried calling back with my wife’s phone and was able to get through to him . If I could give negative stars I would absolutely terrible

A+ across the board. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Turn around time was faster then any other shop I've been to. And my truck was fixed right the first time. Will be a customer for life, I appreciate it complete diesel!

STEER CLEAR. Will try to rob you. Was told by complete that I had a $4000 fix. Got it looked at by 2 other mechanics who both said what complete told me, was a lie.
