Good work from shop! 10 stars! Not happy with the service writer he really dropped the ball. I believe my experience is uncommon here. Spoke with other service writers and they were top shelf. Had issues and some were resolved and other issues were left unresolved. I would bring truck back for repair if needed.

Best place for transport refrigeration service anywhere. Carrier dealer with the ability to service all makes and models, also has Thermo King parts and service available.

Brought my truck in on friday. Went to go get a hotel then they called me and said it would be 5 days before they could get the truck done. By the time I was able to call them back on Saturday to see if I could get some of my stuff. They told me they won't open the shop. Now I'm stuck with one pair of clothes for a week. It would take less than an hour to get to the shop let me in and get my stuff.

I do not know why everyone griping. I have been looking for someone to work on my APU for 2 weeks. No one had time have been here only a couple of hours and about to be fixed. They were happy to squeeze me in and immediately jumped on it. So after 2 weeks of getting told no time and reefers come first I am grateful they found the time and repaired it quick. Thanks Guys

Supposedly fixed a oil leak from a head gasket. They fit me in and got it fixed by closing same day. Two months later climbing a hill on US 22 east of Pittsburgh and a fuel exhaust blows so back to this shop and will have to wait 1 to 2 weeks for truck to be fixed due to a part they have to order. They take plenty of breaks and just go off and do whatever wasting your time away working on truck , even if repair is covered under warranty. Supposedly fixed truck but back to their shop since I can feel move a little while laying on my bad as truck idles. I expect a $21k job to have my truck as good or better before the breakdown. Freightliner north of this business is much better from previous experiences but 1 even or more behind so bad area to have trucked worked on. My company towed me there since it's near Pittston terminal.
