Very pleased with the service we received. Our car broke down after a vacation. We’re from PEI so we just chose the closest garage close to the airport. Friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous to our time frame! I was also happy to learn what else my car will need with inspection coming up. Being in the health field I appreciate a full diagnostic work up.

I have visited JP's garage the first time. The result exceed my expectation. The staff were nice and professional. They have found the tires for me on a better price than I can do myself. I feel like my car is in good hands now. Thank you very much, guys.

Had very bad experience. Tries to take advantage of people who doesn't know better. Saved 500$ by going to a different garage. Decided to go with someone else after I was lied to about what we needed done on car, he told my boyfriend something totally different and tried to bring price down AFTER we told him we would take it elsewhere. Said that we didn't "really need" a few of the things he just told me was absolutely necessary as he tried to pressure me into getting it fixed. He also refused to put my own part in because he couldn't guarantee it, which I totally understand but he tried to make me feel like an idiot and without even looking at it said that it had to be the wrong part (which it wasn't, other garage had no problem putting the part in which was also half the price he was going to charge for it). He seemed very annoyed when I asked for the breakdown of the bill too.

Friendly and honest. Never disappointed, they always take the time to review the work and ensure you are satisfied.

THIS ONE IS FOR YOU JP. My experience with JPs dates to their Melanson Road location, before I knew about Google reviews. I went in for a safety and was told I needed to replace my headlight bulbs. They did that work and broke the weatherproof light housing, AND DID NOT TELL ME. I brought it to their attebtiocthat day, and the owner apologised and said he’d take care of it. A few days later, after no follow up from the garage, I called and was told that the part was too expensive, and that they would not be doing anything about it. That's where it ended. The resulting winter salt damage on the wiring circuit was also expensive. They may do good work, but if they break something, they won't tell you and she you find out, they won't fix it if it's too expensive. For that, I rate them as a high risk and would not being my work to them for any reason whatsoever. Car owners bring their cars to JP’s Garage at their own risk. Friends don't let friends goto JP’s Garage.
