$126 to put on summer tires for a Toyota 4Runner and I had to wait an hour and a half. They say no appointment needed but if you don’t have your tires on rims they will let everyone who comes after you with tires on rims in before you because they only have one lane for tires not on rims. In addition the technician who was working on my vehicle tried to torque the nuts to 140 instead of 100 so obviously they don’t know what they’re doing..

I went to Mr. Lube to get my wiper blades changed. At the time they had a promotion on their website citing a free pair of wiper blades valued at $30 with an oil change. Since I did not need an oil change, I purchased the wipers only and the cost of the wipers including tax was $66.68. I checked the clear plastic sleeve they came in, and it said "promo wipers". Why did I receive the $30 promo wipers and get charged double the value? I inquired online as to why I received the promotion wipers while I was charged double. I received a call from the store and was told the ad was not correct, and that I was charged the correct amount!!!!

This is my new go to place for my car needs. I had great service today even though I needed more done to my car than expected. The guy there was able to talk me through everything so I understood what needed to be done

Always slow here. Takes forever. Like said previously if you don't have tires on rims go somewhere else for tire change. Owner always has you pull back to let people who arrived after you go in first. Always argumentative if you date ask why you haven't been seen yet. With that being said the guys that actually perform the work are very friendly and professional

Excellent no appointment necessary service. The staff here have excellent customer service skills. They get you in and out as fast as they can safely and tell you if there is anything else you could possible need done.
