I have been a customer of 7 Stop Auto for about 10 years now and find them to be professional and transparent in quoting and repairing. Whenever I have had sudden repairs that needed to be done they got my vehicle in and out as quickly as possible. I will continue to be a customer for as long as they are in business.

Great service and person you can trust...I have been using their services from 5 years and had no issues so far...I come from Scarborough nd even its long drive to get anything done but this is the place I trust to put my car for service and repairs...I tried local Scarborough shops and my car's dealership but they always try to rip me off by charging and recommending stuff I don't need ... Owner only recommends what is needed ..no fooling you into paying more for not needed stuff...I say go for it without doubt..

Very honest owner. Cheap and quality service.

I was looking for a place to get safety for my car and found this plane online. I called at 4:20 and spoke to the owner and he said that he can do it so I was there by 4:30. After roughly half an hour he comes out and tells me that the brake pads are almost borderline(2mm is passing and mine were 2.5mm) but will still pass safety. He offered his services to lubricate them for an additional $140 and said he can replace the front brakes but is not sure how much more it will cost. He told me to come back the following day and he will do all the services including safety. I advised him that I will think about his services and was just interested in the safety (which was $70). He comes back 15 minutes later so 5:15pm and tells me that he can't open a caliper bolt to measure a brake pad. I told him that I've had so many safety certificates done without ever anyone removing the actually pads to measure and he advised me that's the only way to do it at which point I told him to still try and if the bolt breaks I will deal with the consequences and have the car towed by caa. He disappeared for another 15 minutes and came back to say he is refusing to try but told me to come back tomorrow for all his services. At this point he said he got a price for parts as well and quoted me almost $700 for front breaks, lubrication and safety. I told him that my concern is the safety certificate and everything else I will think about. He disappeared for another 20 minutes and came back to tell me he didn't want to take a risk of opening the bolt even though I asked him to and had the audacity to tell me he will charge me $20 for his services and if I came back the following day he will still charge me another $70 for safety. I told him I'm not happy with that because I came for a service that he refused to perform and wouldn't even offer me a discount if I came back the following day. I wasted 2 hours of my time without a result and still paid him the $20. Took it to Canadian Tire 2 days later. Paid $80 for the safety. Got the certificate. They DIDN'T take off the calipers to measure the pads and the pads measured at 3mm, not 2.5mm that he stated. Overall horrible experience. Will definitely not go back nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Sounds like they try and push their optional overpriced services on you and refuse to do the actual request service.
