I feel this place is little bit pricey however I believe they do excellent work and they are the best place to take a workhorse chassis

Had my truck towed in to this place and what a mistake that was. Did not fix my truck correctly, didn't bother to inform me of a bad battery cable till I took a $130 Uber ride to pick up my "fixed" truck only to find out it won't start. Another day and a $200 hotel bill later.... I call at 7:30am and ask about replacing the cable, I get blown off and when I call back at 11:30 I'm told that the starter is bad and they can't find another one. They wanted to send mine out to be rebuilt. This was really the worst service I've ever expirenced at a Cummins service center and I will be contacting not only Cummins, but my state regulatory agency's. I will never ever do business with this place again.

Truck / Truck parts & Repair guys all have the same goofy and sometimes dry attitude where ever you go and these guys are no different, BUT..... When you go in armed with all the right information for them to get you the parts and service you need, they are knowledgeable and 2nd to none which at days end is what really counts and have helped us keep our 5500 RV generator running like a champ.

I had a noise develops in my RV while on a road trip. Call Cummins Bridgeway they said to bring it in and they would check it out. They found the problem was the belt tensioner bearing. They had the part in stock and worked the repair in. I was in and back on the road in 4 hours. Great Service and Great Customer Service.

I am a one truck owner operator, and I have been using New Hudson Cummins Bridgeway for a number of years, they have always treated me right. Their service department is fantastic in my book, and has helped me on more than one occasion with a quick diagnosis that has saved me thousands of dollars when other shops wanted to pilfer my wallet for unneeded repairs. As far as repairs, they are fair in their pricing and have very good turn around times. I have never had issues with their work, unlike my local International dealer who should not be allowed to go near anything mechanical. Also, their parts department is top notch too! If it is something I can do myself, I do. The majority of the time they have the parts in stock that I need. I just did an EGR tuneup and they had every sensor and doser in stock. The best part, they shipped all of the parts right to the house! Had them next day when I arrived home. They are normally very busy, so call ahead. Also, the shop is very clean, something that I do look for when taking my truck in for any kind of engine work.
