Rude to customers. They use instant messenger to make fun of the customers that come in. I felt bad for half the people that walked in. They don't even hide it, they bluntly do it and I was not the only one to notice this. On top of that they are not very helpful at all. Do not recommend this place.

I called this company looking for parts and sat on hold for 15 minutes. I'm sorry, but that is NO WAY to do business. People kept picking up the phone and asking who I was holding for. Service doesn't help out the parts department at all and wont even look up an old invoice! It's ridiculous! I will never call them for parts OR service ever again!
