Forgot his name, but one of the guys in the front desk just lost it once i asked to speak to a manager. This is my 4th visit for the same DEF problem they took thousands to fix. With that said, after dealing with the manager and specially Steve , I had a change of heart. I was going to rate it a 1 star for poor service dealing with the guy in the front desk but decided to rate it a 4 star after dealing with STEVE who nicely break down the repairs and charges with respect.
