Purchased my car from them a year ago. The sales person, Ken, was helpful, knew his products and was not pushy. He focused on helping us find the car & options at a fair price. I have been in for service twice. The service department was great to deal with. They returned calls on time, car was ready for pickup when expected and they explained what was done. Their service prices are not higher than other chain garages so I'll return to then again.

I have purchased 2 vehicles through Petrie over the last few years, each time it has been pleasant and stress free. Most recently I dealt with Muhammad (Mo), and Salman. They were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I test drove a few cars, compared them with competitors with Mo - he wasn't hiding anything from me, he wanted to make sure I was getting the right car for what I needed. After deciding on a vehicle I was given different finance and payment options, Salman was able to make a great deal even better by working within my budget - again no pressure. Overall a great buying experience. I have and will continue to recommend Petrie Ford to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Very nice buying experience. The seller, Randy Ferguson, is the best seller I ever see!! No pressure at all and they give the best price at the beginning! I took something with the finance guy, and I changed my mind a day after so I asked them to remove it, they did it without any questions. Very nice people who are working there. The parts service seems very good as well. Before buying a new vehicle somewhere else, stop by Petrie Ford.

Great selection of vehicles and top-notch service. Quick, friendly and efficient. There's nothing better than feeling like you're really being looked after! Good place for trucks and RVs too!

2014: I had my truck serviced for a warranty issue. I couldn't return the loaner that I was given in time for closing. They ended up meeting me at home and dropped off the truck and pick up the loaner! Thanks! Update: Nov 2016: My truck had another part that failed under an extended warranty issued by Ford Canada (vacuum pump). Petrie was extremely professional and efficient in the repair. They also performed other regular maintenance to the truck at a fair price. Update Dec 2017 Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I was very clear that we couldn't drop off the truck and we would need to wait at the dealership with our baby. Petrie ensured us that we would not wait long because they would schedule us in a "free" time. We ended up waiting almost 2 hrs for the service at the dealer. Tire rotation and an oil change shouldn't take longer than 30 min. Very frustrating.
