Ordered tire chains before price was almost $500 for 4 sides 2 rear axles then when chains came price change and was around $1000 If you’re ordering something from there take some confirmation paper with price because otherwise you will be scammed. I went to heavy duty store in Highway 7 and 427 and got those chains same ones for $480 plus tax for two axles 4 sites 8 wheels.

Asked to change one of the sensors, change the windshield washer pump and to check why is there a leak of oil from oil separator in Barrie Location. They quoted the job for $550. Next day when I'm picking up the truck the bill shows $950. Almost double then the quoted cost. They do have experienced mechanics but customer service in service department is unprofessional. Just to make it short story, if you send the truck for any repair in there ask for paper confirmation of quote for the job to be done, otherwise don't be surprised when your bill doubles over night. Do not recommend to anyone.

Friendly staff on hand, lots of new tucks to choose, from Mack to Volvo, lots of qualified staff on duty for sales and repairs.

I have found Mid Ontario truck centres (they have three locations) to be friendly, helpful and honest. The parts and service people are great, and the sales staff seem to be well trained and able to answer all questions. I do recommend them.
