If you want really bad service from their service department this is the place to go! The lady over the counter at the parts department was extremely rude and had a disgusting attitude, do not recall seeing a name but she had a lot of earrings and glasses. I will never do business here again, will keep giving my business to the other dealers in Hamilton. Also not the first time I’ve had bad customer service here. She’s in the wrong industry (customer service) if she thinks that’s the attitude she’s going to get away with, especially when dealing with truck drivers ...

Not very impressed with service department called and booked an appointment for an inspection and a whistling noise under the hood drop truck off Saturday morning at 8:30 AM was told my truck will be done by Wednesday afternoon as I needed it the next morning for work and by 7 o’clock Wednesday night they still have at least 4 hrs of work on my truck. I have called every day and as of today 26 September at noon time they told me my truck will be ready at five now at 6 o’clock they still don’t know if my truck is going to be ready tonight. I am very dissatisfied with the service if they didn’t have time to do the inspection all they had to do was tell me and I could’ve taken it someplace else instead of stressing me out about my job in the morning they were well aware before I drop my truck off that I needed it for work five days later. I am thinking of getting a new 2019 but I don’t think I will purchase it there just because of the service

Their Volvo van that advertises this company drives like a lunatic on public roads. If you're going to drive around with your ad on a car.. make sure the driver actually drives properly.

I love doing business with these guys. Every truck I bought was pre inspected, detailed, in good solid conditions and most importantly, no one can beat their price for sure. Stuff is very nice, polite and helpful. Adam Cziraki is a great SALESMAN!!! Nails every deal, very supportive before, during and after the deal, works as Swiss Watches. Feels customer and every time has perfect truck u were looking for. I’ll tell u what?! Ones Sheehan’s, always and forever Sheehan’s!!! Bravo!
