So far so good. Had my oil pan gasket changed out, very professional communication and service. Will be returning for the next round of repairs. Also, their truck was spotted at the convoy in Ottawa, bonus!

Used these guys a handful of times. Nice enough people, but twice I went to pick up my car and twice I walked back in so they could finish the job. Extremely inconvenient to say the least. Makes one wonder if a vehicle is safe after they work on it. Shameful that they wouldn’t be safe for customers in the height of the pandemic with their behaviour, even morse so taking their work vehicles to convey rallies.

We were traveling and had a breakdown on the 401 with our trailer. Turned out to be bearings. We were able to make it to the McCracken parking lot. The team at McCracken Auto were able to fix our trailer the following day and had us on the road by mid afternoon. Very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Would highly recommend.

In the summer we used this company to repair our truck. That will never happen again. Their truck was spotted during the occupation in Ottawa. The majority of Canadians are disgusted by any business involved in this. You might feel supported by the loudest Canadians but you are not supported by the majority. Not a good look.

Would give zero stars.... got hung up on when asking for service, they didnt want to work that day i guess and it was 10am on a weekday. She was rude and will I make sure I tell other companies never to trust them.
