This place says they specialize in specific vehicle especially on Kijiji but really don't know what they are talking about. Don't waste your time!

Very terrible experience for changing winter tires here! The guys there are extremely rude and violent. My bf asked for quotation by call in advance and the guy gave a tricky cheap price then we got there. After setting up, he charged us so much, which doesn't match what he quoted first over the phone! The price is really unfair and more expensive than any other dealership. The service is very bad which is not worthy at all. We argued for a long time about the misunderstanding, but there's no negotiation and bargaining. They will complain about your fault and ignorance. The guy yelled to us and even threw our stuff in the car. When we finally pay for the full amount that he asked for, he told my bf that he will kill him and said lots of dirty words. What a ridiculous experience! It is the worst service that I have ever met. They don't even respect customer! Nobody can bear the frustration. They force us to pay the large amount and told us never come again. Once lesson is absolutely enough. You'd better not come there for any service. It's a waste of time and money, which may also lose your life as well!

Went for a brake job, the biggest mistake of my life. Fred qouted me for $700 taxes in. Went in. He was arguing with another guy who he was charging for more than it was agreed. I should have run right away. He said it will take an hour. I stayed there for 3 hrs. While I was watching, he went to grab two jugs of oil so i asked why? He said he had emptied the oil for an oil change. I asked why? Just had my oil change fr bmw. He said I said so which i didnt. Anyways, I ended paying $960. He charged me taxes and all plus oil change. So came home and realized he put a regular oil to my car. Got so pissed and called the guy. Had an argument with him. Came to bmw to replace the oil. Another charge of course. Bmw found out that there was a lot of oil dripping underneath my car. Apparently, Fred who did my unexpected oil change, did a crappy job and let the oil drip everywhere. Just a heads up to unsuspecting customers who goes to this hell hole. Oh forgot to mention, Fred charge me more on my brakes. On top of it all, Fred did not install Zimmermann as we agreed upon. As I drove back from BMW, I heard a sound and steering wheel was shaking violently. Was so scared. Called Fred. He said it could be the bolts. Called tow truck. Brought my car to mechanic. Saw mechanic taking out the bolts with his two fingers. None of the bolts from the driver side were tighten. Can not believe Fred put me and the people on the road in danger. Never go to this guy or this shop.
