Booked an appointment online and received a call half hour later confirming the details. This morning I went to drop off my car and the man at the front desk was incredibly rude to me and couldn’t find my appointment. Once he finally reentered my information, I wanted to confirm what I was told on the phone that I could pick it up after I was done work at 5:00pm. He said no because there was no way anyone stays past 5 especially on a long weekend. I explained to him that when I got my confirmation I was told that I could pick it up at 5:15 because I was coming from the other side of town. He argued with me about stating this was never said and that I was making it up. Very poor customer service, very poor management, very disappointed. I hope this place learns from the place I called on my way out. Barry Backers Service Station booked my appointment for today and said they had absolutely no problem waiting for me to pick up my car after work.

Just awful.....brought my car to Midas and mechanic told me I needed new struts and it would be $1000. Brought it to 2 other mechanics to confirm and the both said my struts are fine. NEVER bring your car here...

Seriously the most honest people I have ever met when servicing my vehicle. They go far out of their way to help you. I won't give anyone else my business but them. There are hardly words to convey how much respect I have for Ray and the gang at Midas. They do everything they can for their customers and I trust them completely. They could teach Ford a thing or two about customer service.

Terrible customer service. No welcome greeting. Dirty gear shift, door and steering wheel. Never going back. Wish I could give zero.

Went in for a safety inspection. Ended up requiring a bearing and caliper replaced. Afterwards I had a grinding noise, which I took it back immediately. A plate was misaligned, but they fixed it efficiently.
