Service Dept. has no clue, over torque all nuts, no email or understand the Internet in 2018, as in research own service bulletins, looks like they rather play cards than do any work. Sudbury Dealership is fantastic. Will drive the extra km's from now on. Never buy or bring any thing there. C.Tire is a better option.

Contacted Mac Lang online to purchase a new Ram. Sheila went above and beyond to answer all questions and provide me with the best price possible. Least to say, I purchased a new Ram from Mac Lang and highly recommend their sales staff and great prices. Even beat Toronto deals!

Our wiper broke while driving on the highway. We stopped there for help - the guy at the parts counter had us back on the road in 5 minutes. Great service!!! Thank you!

The service department is quick and effeciant. Helped me out with a repair that would have cost more somewhere else. No one knows your Jeep like a Jeep mechanic!

I’ve just left Mac Lang Sundridge two hours after I arrived for my service. I asked how much longer it was going to be before they completed the oil change and brake inspection only to find out that they hadn’t even looked at my vehicle. This wouldn’t have been as big an issue if they had told me they were swamped and couldn’t get to it in a reasonable time but it took me asking to find out. They offered me $60 off for my trouble. I was hoping that Mac Lang would be the dealership I used following my recent move to Parry Sound area but I’m goIng to have to keep looking for someone capable of servicing my ecodiesel and understands what customer service is.
