Took our vehicle here for an oil change. My girlfriend was the one who brought it in. First of they told her that our car required around $2000 in repairs even though every single repair they recommended were things we had just had done a couple of weeks prior to seeing them. This already had upset me but I was not going to worry much about it. Now we went for an oil change to another shop recently and they said that our oil filter cap was not put back by the ones who previously did the work which was Kelray, and the quad 2 filters that were supposed to be used were not in fact quad 2 at all. We were told by this other shop that the previous shop had done a lot of harm to our vehicle. This combination of errors makes me really quite upset with the service we were provided. We also had our vehicle inspected and were told everything is looking good and that the repairs we had got done looked excellent and they were puzzled as to why Kelray would make claims of us requiring the repairs they stated.

I never have any complaints about this shop. Have been seeing Kelly and his team for quite some time and a few different cars. They are straightforward and honest with the customers and the shop is always kept clean and neat. They explain everything fully, always ask before doing anything that would result in an extra charge, and have quite competitive rates. These guys know their stuff and I won't go anywhere but KelRay for automotive work.

I made the switch to Kelray a few years ago when the power steering pump of my Cadillac failed. The dealer said the pump needed to be replaced, so I got a second opinion from Kelray and they told me that the pump was fine, I just needed to patch a leaky hose, which saved me a good amount of money. These guys are honest and their prices are fair, and I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.
