Extremely dissatisfied by the horrible workmanship poor quality and bad service from this sad excuse for a company. Absolutely ridiculous. Had to pay $257.00 for a guy to look at my trailer lights for 10 minutes and TELL me I needed a converter. NOTHING WAS FIXED AT ALL. (Wanted to go to orilly's to charge me another $90 + converter cost while we waited on him). Told the owner I felt like this service call should have been what they quoted,($75) but tried to justify it with a bunch of B.S. I've never been charged a 2 hour minimum fee without even pulling the car into the bay or opening the hood. Stupid ripoff.

These guys are the worst place you could ever take your truck, took my truck for a wheel seal/ spindle job after feeling uneasy with their lack of answers , I called back left messages for the owner not to do any work on my truck, which he ignored, only to called back a few hours later to say the specialist came repaired my spindle. Fast forward, I rented a truck to complete my stops, when call with the charges, it was nothing we had spoken about and want me to pay him before I came back to inspect my truck, I called numerous reputable companies and their prices are way less, these guys can never give u a straight answer, whatever u do don't go there , RUN,RUN,RUN!!!!

We want to express our thanks for the great service we received from management and staff at Mr. Diesel The owners wife took us out to pick up some lunch and then the owner drove us back to the campground when it was found that the work couldn't be completed that day. We appreciated so much the service and information given to us from Vern and for the care he took to explain everything to us.While on our way back to Saskatoon we had an issue which Vern was able to solve over the phone. We are extremely happy for the wonderful service by your company. Thank you.

I recently took my truck up to Mr. Diesel to have it repaired. I must admit and say that these guys are the bomb! They literally helped me out considering I just started in the Moving industry. We had a little misunderstanding about the repair cost. I talk to the owner, he immediately resolved the problem by taking my bill from $2300 to only $1000. I'm shocked and extremely happy to be doing business with honest and understanding people. Their Customer service is Amazing. Thanks Mr. Diesel.
