For the industry, decently priced. Some of their equipment is inoperable (ie. dyno testing), they didn't fix everything that was wrong (truck still getting bad fuel economy), and they forgot to print the ECM readout like i asked. Their lot is way to small, no trailer parking, long wait times (7 day turnover for 1 day repairs). They were polite, what they did fix they did well, they will be moving to a better shop (with new dyno), and again price was fair. For the industry they weren't half bad.

Super staff! They got my truck right in and had me going in the same day. Albeit wasn't a major repair job but they saved the day for me. They handled the warranty coverage as well. There is also fast food just across the street while waiting for repairs.

Real good work, nice staff o.k. waiting room they will get your stuff done Wright. Its kinda expensive, 152 dollars an hour but they don't milk the job, some places charge less but milk you on the hours and mark all there parts up 500%. This place has good prices on there parts.

These folks are great! When my RV broke down in the middle of Atlanta, during rush hour, on I-85, I couldn't get anyone to tow me, and if I did, where would they tow me to? Finally, I got a hold of Bill Thomas from Cummings Power South. Even though it was after hours, he answered the phone call from the after hours answering service. He lined me up with a towing service that could handle my 40 ft diesel pusher, with a 1000# motorcycle on the back and a car dolly connected in back. And, he also linked me up to stay the night at the Cummings Coach Car Facility, which provided 50amp service and water. It was 1 am in the morning before we finally arrived at the Coach Car Facility, and we were naturally tired, but it sure was nice to be off the middle of the interstate, and to a safe place to stay the night. THANKS Bill Thomas (service manager I think) and Cummings Power South for coming to our rescue. Bill and Teresa from Pensacola, FL
