As the owner of a local company it has been a great experience having our company auto repairs performed at Satterfield's auto tech! They are extremely accurate on diagnosis and the prompt turn around time on the repairs allows us to stay current on accounts! Thank you Satterfield's auto.

My 2002 car is in fairly good shape, but when I've gotten maintenance done at Satterfields, I seems to always get the upper bound of any estimate. Several times they did not express any desire to do repairs for my car, maybe because it's a Mazda or that it's over 6 years old. They do a lot of business, and are good to regulars. Might want to look elsewhere if you have an older car or high mileage vehicle.

The Satterfields are fine people and likely the most experienced and knowledgeable car and trucks folks in North Alabama. I highly recommend them for personal or commercial vehicle maintenance and repair. Rarely do businesses continue operating as long as they have. They are still around for a reason, and that reason is treating people fairly and doing a good job. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

My 1996 Buick Century ran hot on me in town so i took it to Satterfield's. They told me the head gasket was blown and they wanted $100 just to look at it. So I payed them the $100 and brought my car back to Guntersville to have my local mechanic look at it. He ran a pressure check on the motor and the the head gasket wasn't blown. Turns out the drain plug on the bottom of the radiator fell out and all of my water fell out as well. Satterfield's only wanted to scrap my car. Beware: if you take an older car there OR if you are from out of town; they won't look at your vehicle.

They gave me a price over the phone to fix it and then when they were done they charged me 1/3 more. When I asked them about it they got mad and started calling me a liar. It was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I googled the price of the part they replaced and it was significantly cheaper than what they charged me. Don't ever go here!!
