RIP OFF!! Brought my truck there and paid $100 for them to hook a machine to run a test and then tell me that their machine only test models older than 2012 and mine was a 2014. They couldn't fix it or tell me what was wrong but because they hooked it up to that scanner (same thing AutoZone did for FREE) they charged me $100 knowing it wouldn't work. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Dedra Snodgrass Gow —If I could give negative stars I would! My son took his truck here in October of 2015 because our local diesel mechanic couldn't get him on the schedule for a month. We called S&H and they said bring it right over they could get him in. Over a month later they have time to look at it and tell us the truck needs to be rebuilt and they could do it. We gave the OK. After a couple more months they told us they couldn't rebuild it and we needed a new motor. This truck was purchased from my sons cousin who was a US Army Ranger and was in Afghanistan at the time. We explained we would do whatever it takes to fix it. After the new motor was purchased and we waited over a month more they called and asked since the motor was out if we would like a new clutch. We said yes. They finally call and tell us that we can pick it up. When we get there, (an hour away) My son and I (I am the mom) were told the clutch would need to be bled a couple more times but to go ahead and take it home. They said this was normal. On the way home the clutch was acting up so we took it home and parked it until there was an opening in my sons auto mechanics class to fix the "fixed" truck. When pulling into the school the clutch would not disengage and the shift fork for third and fourth gear broke. We had to call a wrecker to tow the truck back to S&H. Even though the ad for S&H says they fix transmissions they said they could not fix this one. We picked up the tranny took it to have it repaired and in the mean time S&H lost the slave cylinder, and the shift fork. We picked the truck up yesterday 6 months later and we were charged again! We were even charged for the part they lost. They found two of the parts. We found out that the master cylinder was damaged when we picked up the truck the first time and thats why the clutch was not holding pressure. They sent a 17 year old boy out with a truck that they didn't repair properly, which caused another completely new issue, which cost us $1000 extra and then wouldn't even give me the mechanic notes when I requested them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR ANYTHING! Absentee owner, lying staff, dishonest mechanics and you cannot trust that your vehicle will be safe to operate when it leaves.
