I had to give them a star to even post this review... Customer Service: not friendly or polite (wouldn't have mattered if they did decent work) Professionalism: dishonest, disorganized, and poor work Do not take your vehicle here. I was told to drop my vehicle off at a certain time they had an opening and did so, punctually. A week went by without them even inspecting the vehicle to see what parts they needed to order. (Normal organizations would have checked and ordered the part whilst working on other vehicles in the meantime.) After calling 4 or 5 times, I received a call back (@ 3:30pm) telling me that the part would be in the next day, and it would take a full day to install it. The next day (@12:00pm), I was phoned to pick up my vehicle. I was charged the full price of the estimate. Magically, the part arrived and was installed within at best 5 hours if work started at 7am despite being billed for 8 hours of labor. My vehicle was allegedly checked after the work, but it makes more noise and feels like I am pushing another vehicle. If this vehicle check occurred, they would have noticed immediately the installation was wrong and the loud noise caused by it. After they stole about a $1000, I decided to eat the loss rather than deliver my vehicle into their hands to screw up and charge me additionally.

This place is a joke. Our mechanic took our truck there for a front end alignment and was told we would have our truck same day. We are now day 3 without our truck. Called to see when our vehicle was going to be done and was told they haven't even started on it yet.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. I had a flat tire at my house (tires and nails don't go together) and they came over, air'd up the tire then I went to the shop just a few blocks away and they fixed my tire in about 15 minutes. Then did not charge me an arm and leg. Just $15. I would recommend them to anyone. Very nice and very good!
