These guys are affordable, courteous, and inept. They did a great job on my delete and exhaust system... even gave me a cell number to call day or night if there were any problems on the road. There was. Air-filter wasn't changed in their service and the new exhaust system was drawing on the intake much harder than before, truck didn't have power. My driver who had the truck on the road was told by Drury to take the air-filter out and drive to the nearest location to replace it (my driver drove the truck 1,200 miles -- he's an idiot -- without the air-filter). Turbo messed up now. Tristen sought to diagnose best way forward, which turned out that I needed to replace the turbo. Found a used one in West Virginia from a shop that does hundreds of these every year for the past 12 years and who said it's a simple swap if you know what you're doing. Evidently that isn't the case. My commercial diesel truck has been in his shop with the replacement turbo for two weeks now (six weeks total), and I am still getting the run around. I'm hamstrung, not making money with my equipment, and am not a priority. While the owner is a nice guy and the people who work with him are respectful, I'd strongly recommend finding a shop with more experience and greater competency.

My truck broke down on our way to start working in Brunswick Ga. So I was out of town not knowing anybody and found Drury Diesel Performance through google. After speaking with him on the phone, I knew he was the right person for the job. After he had my truck up in the air and cab off the truck, he began finding other minor issues wrong with my 08 F250 6.4 liter. He replaced the up pipes from turbo, which we knew was the main problem for going to the shop, however he fixed a few other things at a very good rate because it would have been stupid NOT to do it while the cab was off. Don't let his age fool you! Tristen is a top notch diesel mechanic and knows his stuff. He stands behind his work and even called a couple hours after I was on the road to make sure everything was good. My only complaint is that his shop is to far away from where I live. Thanks again for you help Tristen and if I ever plan on upgrades or suspension work done, I will make arrangements for you to do the work.
