Jack is a good manager. He’s been good to me. Unfortunately their alignment portion isn’t up to par. With bad tires and no alignment my car handled bad. After the alignment my car is all over the place. It pulls to one side now and the steering wheel isn’t straight. I gave them 2 chances to correct this issue. I know my car since this particular car is a passion of mine. I won’t bring my vehicle there again. I might buy tires from Jack but the service department won’t touch my car again. I’m very disappointed.

I had them check the brakes on 2 cars at different times because they were squeaky. One time they said they were fine, probably just wet. On the other car (which was worse) they said the pads needed cleaned and adjusted; it was like $46. Most places would have just replaced your brakes in those situations. These guys are trustworthy. Rare integrity in the industry. They've always done great work for me--and at a fair price.

Service took longer than promised and extra charges for disposing of old oil, I feel like that should have been explained when I requested the service.

We have been using them for a little over a year now on all of our company trucks (7 total) They're always extremely courteous, thorough and professional. The prices are well within normal range one would expect for the various services they offer and they stand behind their work. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for not only tires, brakes, and alignment but the numerous other mechanical services they offer.

My college student went by to have a tire repaired (slow leak). They were very nice, got right on it and she was back on the road in less than 20 minutes.
