Awesome service and experience. I have dealt with Powerstroke Performance in great extent, and found them to be the most knowledgeable and customer satisfaction related diesel shop in the Valley. Highly recommended

Finally, a diesel mechanic you can actually talk to face-to-face vice a dealer service advisor. When I was having a problem with my 6.0, I was given the best tip of my life and referred to Shad at Powerstrokes Performance...a Ford Master Certified mechanic. I was very impressed with the customer service and depth of knowledge. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired in a hour for a bad FICM that was causing cold start problems, rough idle, and low power when trying to accelerate in the morning and afternoons after sitting all day. Now it starts right up and idles smooth; my power is back and it is no longer sluggish. All because Shad took the time the watch the FICM for about 2 minutes where the 48 voltage looked fine at first, but then all of the sudden dropped to 43. The FICM was going out and other mechanics had not caught it. Potentially saved my injectors from premature failure and a $3K+ repair bill the dealer quoted me for 8 new injectors. Bottom line: If you own a Ford Super Duty in the Mat-Su, Powerstrokes Performance should be your source for all your scheduled maintenance and repairs; it will be mine from now on...they know how to treat customers and fix diesels right the first time!
