The morning my family and I planned to head south down the Alcan, my brand new enclosed trailer was having electrical issues. Every place in town was busy, including Mid State. Mid State understood our desperation and without hesitation, made room to check out our issue. All of the staff was professional and friendly. Our stress was left at the door as Tony assured us they'd take care of us. The issue was quickly diagnosed and the problem solved. Tony went into his personal truck and gave us his own adapter because ours wasn't working. We were honestly blown away by the costumer service. I would highly recommend making an appointment with these guys as they truly care. Thanks Mid State!

My box truck broke down about a mile from their shop last summer so I decided to have it brought to them. They charged me $25 more than they said the max price for a tow would be, which they offered to arrange for me (won’t make that mistake again). Then quoted me over double the price for the starter needed for my truck compared to what I could buy at NAPA. I know shops mark up parts but when I asked if they usually marked up over 100% they played dumb. NOT going back there.

Very helpful. Brought in a small trailer with a turn signal not working. They determined the trailer was fine and helped me figure out where the problem was actually at on my truck. Highly recommend.

Patricia Randazzo has THE MOST AWFUL customer service there EVER is!! Simply tried to ask a few questions and she was snappy, quite rude and didn't even answer my questions. I wouldn't suggest going here only because of that woman's horrible customer service!!!!!
