Had my vehicle worked on multiple times for the same issue constantly, and would return with the same problem after assuring me it was fixed. Also went there 2 other separate occasions to make an appointment and they promised to call me back with a quote and appointment, yet never bothered to call me. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Fast and friendly service provided by all the staff. The experienced mechanics will get your vehicle up and running in no time. Call to set up your appointments today! Two thumbs up!

I was really stoked the first time I went there, they were able to check my truck out on very short notice. I knew there were issues because it was leaking ATF. They told me a slew of problems, which I agreed to have fixed and paid a lot of money. Literally 1 month later the leak reappeared. I brought it back and when they told me what was up they basically read the list of items I had JUST paid for were all busted...except they didn't even bother to pull up my prior work history and seemed shocked when I retorted, "yeah, I know its expensive because I just paid for it all a month ago!" CV joints/hub assemblies seem to be the way they pay their bills because they tried to replace mine twice in a month. Oh, and the serpentine belt they replaced ripped apart about 8 months out. I am convinced they install used parts. Soooo...they fixed the leak again and back tracked on the hub assemblies (on second inspection they seemed ok, what a crock). They didn't charge me (after I called them out) and I later I connected with one of the owners who claimed to have no record of my second visit (SHADY!). She also said they had let a mechanic and the lady working the front go, basically hinting that they were scamming people and were caught. What really got me was although the owners apologized, they never once offered anything to me. I work in customer service and routinely go out of my way to keep customers happy. They didn't even offer a free oil change or anything. So, needless to say, after my saga I would tell people to avoid this spot like the plague. If you do have to go to them, make sure to have a mechanic buddy or second opinion before you let them work on your vehicle. Lesson learned.

"One mechanic today" and all they did was change the oil and tires. When really more work needed done. I can't be having that. Also I asked them to fix a noise coming from a heatshield. They didn't do anything but wrote it up in the paperwork like they did. Edit 8/19 I got called out for writing this review when I walked in today to pick up my vehicle. People at this shop are also saying that Bilstein products "Ride horrible" and "don't last". That must be why their products are popular, right? From the drag strip, to the Baja 1000 and anything in between. I know several people personally who are running Bilsteins. They ride great and last as any other shock would. Go figure. Edit 2. Had the Toyota dealership inspect the vehicle with a 150 point inspection. Sunshine Rae wanted us to replace things that were rated as perfectly fine by the DEALERSHIP, the place where dreams go to die because of maintenance costs there. Seriously lol. Sunshine Rae, what a mistake.
