As always my husband and i walked away very pleased with our service at Simard Auto! They have taken care of our vehicles for the last few years and weve never had a single complaint. Brad is always happy to see us...even early in the morning before he may have had coffee. :) He always takes time to explain whats going on with my car in terms I can understand. All the people there have been great to us. Thanks to these people I always feel great about taking my older car on longer trips! Keep up the good work guys and gals! Your hard work is appreciated! I’ve been to a lot of mechanics over the years with my vehicles and have always left feeling a unsatisfied and knowing something was missed. This was the case again this winter. I was of course nervous to try another shop knowing there were things wrong with my vehicle, but not wanting to continuously have to keep bringing it back. This shop made me feel confident in my choice to do the fixes from the beginning, and the customer service was absolutely excellent. They got all my work needed within a day knowing my busy schedule. My car feels brand new with how it’s driving, and my expectations exceeded! Thank you again! Highly recommend here in fairbanks.

Read my story if you love your car like I did My car has been in for half a year I had to buy a new one they tried scamming me every time I called the cost went up a grand to.fix it when i told them i couldn't pay they stopped calling me i went to there shop in the weekend and my car was not there very soon I will be getting a lawyer and filing a lawsuit. They aren't mechanics you probably know.more about your car then them.

Helpful, friendly crew!! It was honestly the best customer service I've gotten from an automotive shop- anywhere. They were quick, efficient, and personable people. They even went so far as to warm up my car for me when I came to pick it up (it was thirty below zero). I'll definitely be going there again for any other auto repairs.

These guys went above and beyond trouble shooting multiple issues with my '99 Ford F-350 7.3L Turbo Diesel. They kept me up to date with the diagnosis and when they had to take apart several things to find out those weren't the issue, I was not charged for it. I was only charged for what was wrong and what it took to fix it. Great guys / gals and they're really one of the only trust worthy shops in Fairbanks. I have found my car shop.
