Knowledge and fairness bundled with a smile. Truly a gem among its industry on the Kenai

Big Dog has been my light truck and auto mechanic for well over 6 years. He is honest and has always done me right.

These folks are wonderful. They know how to give excellent customer service and will work until the job is done. They care about people and closely looked at our diesel when getting it ready for a cross-country trip to make sure it was safe. There were no hidden fees, no padding of the bill. Good Christian folks who help people and bill less than they could have because of the situation. We cannot say enough positive comments. If you want quality work, honest people, straight shooters, and people who keep their word...this is your place. Very welcoming atmosphere and super friendly folks. We won't ever take our diesel anywhere else. Thank you, Matt and Tracy....your family, your dogs, and your mechanics. Great work and good people!

Honest owner who treats customers with respect, Big Dogs will help you with regular vehicle maintenance, repair or customization. This is a local family owned business. The owner is a military veteran. There are large dogs on the premises (via the name) but they are harmless and fluffy. All dogs are welcome.

I have to say this is possibly the worst shop on the face of the planet, I took my steering knuckles in there to get it separated from my hubs and he busted one of them and and used bolts and destroyed the threads in the other one and would not release them until I paid the full bill. I had to go and buy brand new hubs and knuckles because he decided that he would just break them. The worst shop I have ever encountered.
