I have taken my International Scout there twice now, and been really happy with it. Ruben in the back is awesome, great guy, straight forward, honest and no BS. The Diesel Scout is old, and I just needed to get it street worthy on a tight budget. The specialist Scout shop down the road claimed it would cost be 10s of thousands, and Ruben is in a few hundred without taking me for a ride. I had to source some of the parts myself, but that is what the internet is for. We were lucky that we didn't need a differential rebuild, just oil. Ruben and Noe stayed positive and was willing to try a simple solutions before throwing new parts at the problem. My only gripe (not worth a star) is that my initial inspection took a week not a day or two, but Noe called unprompted to let me know the delay.

Still waiting for my truck to be repaired, they ordered the correct part for a CA. vehicle but it isn't a CA vehicle as emissions go. Didn't check ahead of ordering. Now cost more money in alternate transportation, costly

I have been doing business with OC Diesel for years. They have always done a great job on my commercial fleet and I would highly recommend them.

Just started working in the area and needed a new mechanic. Told them an ongoing issue I was having with the exhaust system. I figured with their huge upfront "inspection" fee means they will solve the problem rather than patch it up. They tried to charge me over $200 more than originally stated for removing some hardware and soaking it in solution. I insisted I pay what was agreed upon before hand and he said he doesn't recall but will honor it. I was still noticing a major noise issue with the exhaust after I left. When I emailed them afterwards to say I'd like to have them give a listen, the "coordinator" said I could come take him and a technician on a ride. Sounds great, I thought! That was an empty promise. They never responded to my multiple emails in the days afterwards trying to set up a meeting. The way the place is set up is not what you want out of an auto repair and service business. It is huge and they need a receptionist who can't give you good information so you have to wait for the "coordinator" who only seems to know the generalities of the problem I'm having. Certainly not a place you can "stop-by" and ask a question or grab their attention, let alone get them to come on a ride. Over priced and impersonal. A few weeks later I brought it to another mechanic and they confirmed that OC Diesel did not, in fact, solve my problem.

i took my 2006 lbz duramax for a issue with it running super rough i spoke them over the phone to take a look at the truck i had AAA tow the truck to the shop and all the fun began the first day they never looked at it cause the truck came in around 2 ish. i understand that no big deal the following day i call around 1130 to find out an update on the truck. the girl said the guy was busy with a customer. i thought ok no problem an hour and a half went by no call so i called back i was finally able to get him on the phone and his attitude was like why in the hell are you calling me I will call you when i have something to tell you. that did not sit well with me so at the end of the day he calles me saying i have bad injectors on the truck and it would cost me $6100 im like your out of your mind the most expensive injectors out their cost like 4 grand and 2 grand to install them i dont think so i had the truck towed to another diesel show who did the job for 2 grand less. and might i throw out their they charged me to figure out the problem 300 bucks, straight highway robbery. not only was their customer service bad but their pricing is just nuts ill never even think to call or go back again i would recommend Bud's diesel or Power house diesel
