This is by far 1 of the worst experiences i've ever had to deal with. To start no 1 at this place is on the same page. Everyone you speak to says something different as far as price and the work they've done if something breaks on your equipment they seem to have taken classes to know how to shift blame. I was quoted at not more than 7k for the work ended up with a bill for 12k no more work than we spoke of. Ended up with a parts list for hoses and clamps sometimes 2 and 3 times .bill was reduced to 8800. 2nd day out brung truck back had a leak that wasn't there and push out coolant again which was the original reason being there of course they've found nothing so you end up with a (200) bill 2nd time there in 3days . Third time there my truck is sputtering so I believe its something they've done , I didn't have this problem when I dropped it off now 1of my injectors and harness are supposedly bad (1500) more but when dynoed no one found this until after there repairs I was told they pulled head cut liners and counterbores but we never touched the injectors 🤔 so how was these parts properly inspected what the shop manager didn't know is I was taken in the back and saw all my parts laid out on a table next to my truck .all I can say is beware ,they're use to dealing with municipalities and governments and bigger companies who really dont care about there Bills. I have no problem with paying my Bill's but these guys are not only expensive but they bulk up hours and tell you they do things they didn't do but it doesn't come out unless you have a problem best thing to do is keep a paper trail. Because again what you're told and read and pay for is different. A couple of the guys are very pleasant if that'll make you feel better for whats going to possibly happen . Also if you believe what they wrote under this it isn't true I haven't heard from anyone. Good luck 🍀 you're gonna need it . My last entry, you'll didn't do an Inframe most of what you said you were gonna do wasn't done but I understand you need to keep up face value again when I ask service clerks did you do xyz the answer is yes but when there's a problem and you come back on no we didn't touch that .... I never blame you for anything to do with my 1st I Inframe yhat situation I'll deal with in Maryland if you can take constructive criticism or a customers opinion you'll need to communicate better and more.... update 6/4/18 at another shop with 3 injector rings bad if head was properly inspected would not have been I also had to put all new ac system in because of the way these guys bent the hoses up , they all say they didnt but I went in the bad to retrieve paperwork and it was bent up. This place has cost me thousands since leaving with my truck. Not to mention 1 bolt on my jake brakes not even hand tightened so no torque must've been done on it.

Williams has been out go to Mechanic for a large fleet of specialized trucks and equipment. They are very busy however always find the time to get the repairs done in the allotted timeframe (unless something else is found or a part is on back-order, which happens in this industry). Compared to all the mobile and fixed heavy truck repair facilities in the valley, W. W. Williams in in the top 3

Excellent staff and mechanics are top grade. If a mistake is made, they do everything they can to make it right. Better, by far, than the big name Freightliner repair shop/dealership in the Phoenix metro valley.

I have a truck in Williams. The electrical has been taken care of, but somehow from the time it went into the shop, to now, May 14, a airbag on the steer axle is leaking bad. The truck did not have one when it went in, but has one now.. NOBODY at WW Williams wants to accept the blame of this happening when they were operating my truck. This is the first time I ever had a bad experience with this facility.
