I was extremely impressed with Dean at the front desk. From my call to schedule an appointment, to meeting on him arrival through the process of going through the items I needed/wanted checked to a call back to discuss needs/costs, to resources he used and information he passed along, final checkout - all went so smoothly. Dean's calm, personable and helpful demeanor was a blessing. I felt the atmosphere in the office had improved tremendously. I found the young man who was giving rides, Mike, very personable and comfortable to be with. A careful driver appreciated! I was also impressed by being asked to return in a few days to be sure the repair on my oil leak had been successful. I hadn't doubted it would be as I've never had any issues with repairs at 3A in the several years I have been using their service, but it was great to know they cared enough to have me return for a double check. Thanks and God bless!

Best Auto Shop Ever - I won't go anywhere else! They are very straightforward regarding time and cost of needed repairs. They got my vehicle done on time and within the quote. Very friendly and efficient. The repair I had done was done right the first time. 3A Automotive sets the standard for auto shops.

Great place to get your car serviced! All the guys are very friendly. Not a lot of parking but the service quality makes up for it! Ask for Dean. He'll help you out. Tell them I sent you if you'd like! Keep up the good work guys! We'll be back for our oil changes and any other work we need done.

They are the best place in town!! Honesty and quality service!! As a woman I have seen how other service centers have ripped people off and that is how I was referred to 3A at least 20 years ago. I will not use anyone but them and have referred my children to them as well!

Great group of people here! I was turned away by another local shop that was rated as being on par with 3A and I was extremely happy that it worked in my favor being led to 3A. From the get go, Dan was great in taking the time to talk to me about my 1989 IROC Camaro that needed a substantial amount of mechanical work. Shortly after having the car delivered to 3A, I knew the team would do a great job. I received an inspection report in my email inbox outlining the many mechanical problems I knew my almost 30 year old car had. Dan and Dean kept in constant contact with me and went over the needed repairs and the cost for the entire repair order in advance. No surprises, no gimmicks, and no trickery. Just a real honest group of people at 3A. After the repairs were complete, I got a smile from ear to ear as soon as I heard the motor turn over. The workmanship on the car was phenomenal and I was taken back to memories of my dad and me cruising in the car when I was kid as I was driving home from the shop with the car running magnificently. I cannot say enough how satisfied I am with 3A and the work they performed on my car. This was my first experience with 3A and they gained a customer out of me for all of my future vehicles' repairs.
