Do not hire these dishonest people!!! They take hours to complete simple tasks and over charge to a ridiculous extent. I only used them because I literally had no other choice at the time, and I regret it.

As my mechanic said when I returned back home, "ironic name for a mechanic where you were taken advantage of." The $3,000 I was charged was not only done poorly and took 7 days instead of the 2, the work they did had nothing to do with my truck's issue. I picked up the truck with the check engine light on, the up pipe leaking, and my truck filled with the smell of diesel. It cost me $500 to correct their $3,000 job. If you are a woman who knows nothing about diesel, run quickly. I got 100% screwed. Don't be suckered in by the resume of being a youth minister. This place gets an F by the BBB.

First Google review I've ever written - why? worst automotive repair experience in my 62 years - waited 7 hours for them to get a part in Phx, which they claimed was the only one in AZ - the repair shop I used to finish the job the next day found the same part at Jones Ford in Verde Valley 15 mins away! Guys unnecessarily disassembled / removed many components and I paid to have them reinstalled the next day. When they showed up for road side repair, it was dark and their lighting included 1 flashlight and 3 "night lights" you would put in your bathroom. Unbelievably incompetent.

The good: They offered to waive their diagnostics fee and, they let us plug our motorhome in overnight and said they'd come back the next morning which was Thanksgiving. The bad: They didn't show up until 1 PM the next day. They took a quick look underneath without even breaking out a wrench and said we needed a new transmission, which I was sure it did not so, we decided to call for a tow to Prescott. By that time it was too late to get Thanksgiving dinner at the only restaurant in town (we didn't want to go earlier in case we missed the mechanics) and, since not a single store in town had any Thanksgiving fixings, we had had to have cheese and crackers. We also had the displeasure of watching one of the owners scream at a truckdriver who was asking for a discount on replacing a tire since this shop wanted $700 and a different shop up in Flagstaff only charges $400. The truckdriver decided to go to Flagstaff. AAMCO in Prescott proved I was right about the transmission and it only needed a bushing and tailhousing which were damage by a new driveline that a previous shop in Kingman, AZ (One Stop Automotive) built too short, off center and crooked.
