Ed is Rude and if he had acted the way he did on the phone in person, the situation may have gotten ugly. I had a discussion with the owner about doing an engine swap and about which pedal to use. He told me I could use the pedal the scrap yard had offered, i would just have to replace the pigtail and he could send me one with the harness. So after I get the pedal and they call me back to order the harness secretary says the pigtail is a $100 additional. I said he told me he would send me one with the wiring harness, never mentioned charging for it. I said I would have gotten a different pedal if he had mentioned that I was an expensive item as I would have told the scrap yard the pedal wouldn't work and to find one with the correct sensor to begin with. He said well send your pedal back and handed the phone to his secretary saying you talk to him. Before and after I talked to him I could here him mouthing in the background about me "suggesting he would give me the sensor". It was all totally uncalled for. This whole motor swap has been a cluster from the beginning and any extra money spent was bothersome to me. So with his wording of "I have a pigtail i can send you" with no mention of charge then when it came time to buy the wiring harness he was going to charge another $100 I questioned it and his response back was to be mad and rude and basically hang up on me. All he had to do was say sorry for the misunderstanding but he acted like I was trying to steal from him. Also they never answer calls or call back except after 5pm. I can only imagine what his follow up service would be if I have problems with the install. Just ridiculous!

Very professional company with outstanding customer service. I have purchased ALOT! harnesses from Ed and I have yet to have an issue with any of them. They are made with quality parts and made to last. If Ed makes it as a run harness I most likely own it.

Absolutely the last place I would ever do business with again . Ed was as rude to me as anyone I have done business with .The service was nothing but rude remarks until he actually hung up on me . The harness was not connecting as we needed and he blamed everyone and everything but him! Worst money ever spent ! RANDY HALBUR
