$1000 just to look at our truck. Ok, payed that. Then payed them to fix what was wrong with it, kept it sitting for over a month. Its a work truck, we need it to do our job. They didnt care. Finally "fixed" it, test drove it and, oh! They did something wrong so now they have to take the part back out and order a new one from california. And we have to pay them more money so they can fix their own mistake. Ok.... No real choice at this point. FINALLY they fix the truck (correctly) and we come to pick it up.... It doesnt start and we have to jump start it just to drive it home. Unbelievable. Absolutely abyssmal service.

I recently took my 2001 Ford Taurus for transmission service and the work was done on time and the car drive better than before. I strongly recommend Ed Cains Auto Service for all your auto service needs. They are professional and care about your concerns when it comes to keeping your car running like new.

I have taken my car to Ed Cain's Auto Service for several years and have found the service to be very professional and courteous. I have received estimates from other repair shops in Tucson before deciding to take my car to Ed Cain;s. Ed Cain has always been able to be very competitive. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years now and highly recommend his repair shop.

Horrible customer service over the phone. Was impolite, over priced, and disconnected after less than a minute on the phone.
