I do not recommend this company, not professional mechanics work, never deal with them. I do not recommend

I wish I could give zero stars, they took my truck for an air conditioning repair and in the first day received multiple calls regarding my bill and the time it will take to fix my truck. Afterwards, they said that it would take 6 hours to repair and cost $1500 and the next day they said they got "the wrong part". The following afternoon, I had a disassembled air conditioning unit and it was eventually repaired by another mobile service in 2 hours and for $500. Don't waste your money and time on Cornwell.

Whatever you guys do DON’T EVER take your truck here even if your truck is broken down in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere. Call another road service or take your truck to another shop. These guys are located in Lordsburg, NM & Tucson, AZ. I had a truck break down in Lordsburg, NM and it wasn’t filling the tanks with air because a hose fitting broke. A SIMPLE HOSE FITTING. I am a mechanic myself but I am located 600 miles away from where my truck got stuck if not I would’ve gone and done the job myself, which was to disconnect the air hose, take the old fitting off, replace it with the new fitting, and connect the hose back. 30-45 minute job. But NOOOO, these guys had to make 20 trips to the hardware store because they couldn’t find the “right fitting” and when they finally did get the right one they had to go back because they were “missing a piece”. It took them 14 hours to change a damn hose fitting!!!!! They were giving me the run around and all these excuses, and were giving me “discounts” and other BS on the phone. The charged me over $1500 for a hose fitting replacement!!! What a waste of time and money! And what’s even funnier is that ONE HOUR LATER when the truck started driving again IT BREAKS DOWN AGAIN for the same reason! These guys are a poor excuse of a mechanic shop. Very unprofessional shop and people who work here. As soon as I called the owner/manager whose name is Mark, all I get is excuses. Since the truck broke down again I called Love’s Truck Stop Mechanic and they fixed it in 45 minutes and charged only $130. Take your business elsewhere.

Excellent and affordable service. Joe went the extra mile, showed concern in my time of distress, was honest, diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly and had me back on the road. Greg was very easy to deal with and all were courteous and respectful. Thank you!
