We are full time RVers. Our home is a 2006 43' Newmar Dutchstar and we rely on good service places when it comes to the needs of our chassis and such. We have had good experiences in several Cummins sales and service that are "Coach Care" facilities. All have been pretty good but this one was a cut above them all. We were traveling from Yuma to San Antonio when our RV's power generator started acting up. We contacted them early on a Thursday morning to see if they could get us in and they said yes. We gave them our generator's serial number so they could verify what parts they had in stock. They called me before noon to let me know they had them all including a fuel pump which is what we suspected was the main problem. Got there early Thursday afternoon but couldn't get work done but we got all the paperwork in place.and parked for the night. We also were able to confirm that they had a tech ready on Friday and when to bring the coach around for the service. Friday we gave them the coach at about 8:30 am for trouble shooting and corrective actions. We also had them do the standard 150 hour PMI. By about 10:30 the troubleshooting was done and it confirmed the fuel pump was only operating at about 2-3 PSI when 5+ is normal. We signed off on the work plan and work was done by about 2:30 PM. One nice touch was while we were waiting in the customer lounge they asked if we had any pizza preferences. We assumed that it was maybe part of an order they were making for the office but it turned out it was only for us and they brought us 2 boxes of pizza for lunch. Never seen that before from any place. We found the entire staff was extremely friendly and ready to help. I noticed that through their email communications that they included several service support staff members in all communications so just about anyone I talked to was up to speed on who I was and what I was looking for. They have 3 parking places with 30/50A power hookups . 2 of them are better suited for coaches in the 40' or less range and the other will handle the larger ones. There is also access to water. In fact, there is also a dump site that can be accessed during business hours. If our travels put us near El Paso TX I would make it a point to come back here if I needed service including routine. GOOD JOB!

I had an emergency... my v-ribbed belts to the fan was stretched out and needed to be replaced ASAP. I was traveling from Florida to LA. They took me in immediately and helped me out. I had them replace the serpentine belt while they were at it. I didn't want to be stranded anywhere. They even provided pizza for lunch while we waited! Thank you Yolanda!! It was yummy I would definitely return to this place if I need any type or repairs again. Kudos to the service manager Ricky! Job well done.

I’ll give this place two stars because the people in the office seem nice, otherwise, we’ve been sitting here for approximately 8 hours now just to get our truck in the shop
