Had a great experience with the Sierra Vista Store. Took my vehicle to get a front end alignment and oil change. I missed they call. But, when I returned to pick up vehicle, Jarred explained I did not need an alignment but the bearings were going bad. Which he recommended to take it to a dealership because it should be covered since my vehicle was less than 3 yrs. Which Jarred called me little bit after I had left to tell me he called the nissian dealership and the repair would be covered...saving me $$$ hundreds! End result, oil changed, complete inspection/tire rotation, honest work/advice and they went the extra mile...all for under 50.00. Definitely recommend!!!

Super awesome customer service! Very kind and knowledgeable. My dads been going to them for 5 years and sent me there for a strange noise that took a while to figure out but they did and fixed it! Wonderful guys and awesome dog!!!

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Went to have exhaust check out due to damage. Was told over a hundred dollars to fix due to re-welding my exhaust. Took it to Midas next door and found out my exhaust tips are on ball joints and just needed a readjustment.
