Our truck broke down close to Seligman, AZ. They came out and looked at it and thought they could fix it there, They left and didn't come back, found out they went to a birthday party!! Came out again around 11 the next day, towed the truck in and turned too short and damaged out new trailer, and put a huge gouge in our drive tire, They so-called fixed the truck and charged us $3167. for what!! Didnt take anything off for trailer damage or the tire, Truck owner tried to call them to discuss it, they just kept hanging up on us. They are out in the middle of nowhere, so I suppose they can charge what they want. 13 hrs labor for 2 hr job. Ridiculous!! I will not go back!!

We had an amazing experience with this shop! We left Vegas on Saturday after the SEMA show with a car in our trailer and broke down in the middle of the desert. The tow truck driver recommended this shop and said there was someone there to look at it. As soon as our truck was off the roll back Andrew started to diagnose the issue. By the time we were settled in to a hotel in Kingman he called to update his progress. We had an injector issue and he knew which cylinder it was. He told us he would be in by 9 a.m. on "Sunday" morning to pull that injector. The next morning we got a ride to the shop to find him there disassembling the top end to pull the injector. We figured it was probably bad but after he inspected it he was confident all it needed was a seal kit. A few hours later it was all back together and running like it should. Breaking down on the road can be a very stressful event, especially when you are in unfamiliar territory. Andrew gave up his weekend and got us back on the road in a short period of time at a price that was far less than we would have ever expected. He could have easily racked up a huge bill and we would have had no choice but to pay so we could get home but he went out of his way to help us and only repair what needed to be repaired. If you ever find yourself in the position we did look up Adan repair in Kingman and ask for Andrew. He is a great technician and straight up honest guy!

I broke down in my 40 foot, Class A motorhome, twenty miles North of Kingman Arizona. Not knowing the area, or who to call or trust for repairs, I called AAA, and their drivers suggested "ADan" truck repair service. I took their advice, and was extremely pleased with the results. I needed groceries, realizing I may be there awhile. The owner of the shop, Tom, noticing I was on crutches, had one of his workers drive me to the grocery store and the come back to pick me up when I was finished. Tom was very professional and kept me continually updated on the progress of my needed repairs. The guys, "Richard and James, who worked on my rig, were extremely knowledgeable and very efficient at getting to the problem quickly and resolving it. They were the hardest workers I had ever seen, staying until 8:30 to 9:30 at night, and through the weekend, to get me finished and back on the road. If you are lucky enough to break down near this shop, they will take excellent care of you. Thank you guys!

Awesome service and unbelievably fair. My wife and I were driving from Phoenix from a funeral back home to Las Vegas. We stopped in Kingman at 9 pm to grab a bite. When we slowed down there was a loud creek and popping from the front end of my 4 runner. We ate the drove around a parking lot and it was bad. I'm pretty mechanical and looked under the front end and all looked OK. We looked up 24 hr auto repair in Kingman, talked to Andy, said your close to my shop and I told him its derivable. Andy drove the truck the got under it. Found nothing wrong in front end and found the rear shock lost the bolt to the lower end, hanging loose, rubbing on the tire and clanging on the mount. He found a bolt and bushing that was perfect. I have been in the automotive industry for 40 years and worked in three states.. I have worked on cars since I was 14. I don't any more and if I was this would not have happened. My sons are car guys also. My oldest is a racing engineer who worked for Rousch Fenway racing and now Tequila Patron ESM. This shop is tops in my book. If you want a friendly honest shop for your vehicle I totally recommend this shop. I was so impressed if I have a big repair I don't want to do I might drive to Kingman just to have Adan Repair do my work. Its hard to find a great mechanic and honest shop. I totally recommend this place. "Awesome Andy" saved us from staying at a hotel and ending up with a bad repair guy making up a major issue like I needed new axles or a transfer case that was not needed. Cars, Trucks Big Riggs this is my house.

Walked into the shop and told the 'owner' I needed a diagnostic reading of an older motor home. I was told they would come to location later that day or possibly the following day. Never called - even the following day. I finally called them. They apologized stating they were very busy. They never made it there the following day, or the day after that, putting us off every time we called. They finally showed up late on the third day after promising they would come out first thing in the morning. Guess what? When they finally did show up, they didn't bring the computer to perform the diagnostic. We sent them on their way - LESSON LEARNED! Do yourself a favor, don't call this outfit unless you have no choice as their service is absolutely HORRIBLE.
